Magic Racing Satisfaction Promise
At Magic Racing, we believe in being fair to our customers. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from us and return it within 20 days from invoice date you may receive a refund as long you meet the following conditions. Returns must be in new condition, with the original packaging, directions, accessories, and any other item originally included. Tire & Rim Combo’s, electronic media, and Special Order items are excluded, please read ‘Return Exceptions’ below for our policy on these items. Freight costs will not be refunded. If your purchase quailified for free freight the actual ground shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Magic Racing will not accept the return of any item that has been installed or can not be sold as new. Returns received after 20 days of purchase or invoice date will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Under no circumstances will Magic Racing accept a return after 30 days from date of purchase. If you ship an item to Magic Racing that is not eligible for a return or exchange you will be responsible for shipping costs back to your address.

Return Exceptions
Tire & Rim Combo’s can not be returned or exchanged.  Opened DVD movies or videos may not be returned for a refund.  They may only be exchanged for the identical item.  Special Order items can not be returned for a refund or exchange.

Exchanges
Exchanges can be made up to 30 days from invoice date. Exchanges in like new condition are not subject to a restocking fee. You are responsible for shipping the item(s) to be exchanged to Magic Racing, and return shipping costs to your address.

Order Discrepancies
Please check your package to verify that you have received everything you ordered. We eagerly want to resolve any discrepancies that may have taken place. Please check for any missing items, items damaged in transit, defective items or wrong sizes/colors. We must be notified of any order discrepancies within 10 days of the date of delivery. Any notification of a discrepancy more than 10 days from the date of delivery will not be considered.

Refused Shipments
Shipments that are refused at time of delivery will be charged a 10% restocking fee in addition to shipping costs.

Refund Terms
Refunds on purchases made with a credit or debit card will be posted to the original card used at the time of sale. Other payment methods will be issued a refund check by mail.

Warranty Terms
Most product warranties are handled by the manufacturer of the product. Please contact the manufacturer directly with warranty issues. Items that are covered under a warranty serviced by Magic Racing must be inspected before any claim can be approved. You are responsible for shipping costs to Magic Racing, and return shipping costs to your address.

Mispacked Items
In the event a product is missing a piece of hardware or accessory that is prepackaged with the product from the manufacturer please contact Magic Racing. In some circumstances we may have to direct you to the manufacturer for direct shipment of the missing items since we do not carry extra hardware or accessories for all items.
